If you find a lower price for an identical scope of work, quality, and materials offered by a competitor within our service area, we’ll match that price.

Eligibility Criteria:

Scope of Work and Materials: The competing contractor’s offer must align precisely with the scope of work, materials, and quality standards outlined in our initial estimate.

Business Licensing: The competitor contractor must possess a valid and current business license within the jurisdiction of the project.

WCB Coverage: Proof of Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) coverage for all employees involved in the project is mandatory.

Liability Insurance: The competitor must provide evidence of liability insurance coverage to protect against damages or accidents during the project. Minimum of 5 million

Price Match Before Purchase: To qualify for the Price Match Policy, customers must present the competitor’s offer during the quotation phase, before any purchase is made. The competitor’s offer must align precisely with the same scope of work, materials, and quality standards as outlined in our initial estimate.

Scope and Material List: A detailed breakdown of the proposed scope of work and a comprehensive material list must be provided by the competitor for comparison.
